Job Summary

The main responsibilities include Tig welding, Bending and rolling parts, assembling parts according to specifications. Work with materials including: Carbon Steel, Aluminum, Copper , Brass, Inconel.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate and maintain tungsten inert gas (TIG) welding equipment.
• Be able to handle complex tasks to ensure quality control of products.
• Plan, execute and monitor welding processes according to blueprints, engineering guidelines as well as applicable codes and standards.
• Estimate amount and type of materials needed to complete a particular job.
• Prep material for assembly.
• Prepare fixtures, equipment and help set up the machine before each operation.
• Use a variety of hand tools and advanced equipment.
• Ability to MIG Weld, Braze and Silver Solder, a plus.

• Bending and forming experience is helpful, but we willing to train.
• Prepping parts, welding parts, as well as identifying and resolving defects.
• High level of technical. expertise and experience in dealing with metal fabrication issues.
• Be focused, able to work with little direct supervision and have the ability to pay close attention to detail.
• A high level of manual skills and mechanical aptitude.
