Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Welder and Assembly Teammate to join our team. In this position, you will accurately interpret blueprints and drawings to weld chain components and parts. This is an integral part of the chain manufacturing process. The ideal candidate is a hard worker with great attention to detail and proven experience as a Welder.
Responsibilities
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and schematics
- Plan layout and measurements of chain components
- Interpret requirements to select the most appropriate welding equipment for the job
- Operate angle grinders, calipers, rulers, and other hand and power tools
- Use manual and semi-automatic welding equipment
- Assemble chain
- Operate the robotic welder
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Welder
- Professional Certification (AWS welding certificate) is preferred
- Experience with a variety of welding equipment and tools
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and other technical documents and drawings
- Understanding of all health and safety guidelines
- Attention to detail
- Great attitude
