What You’ll Do
· Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
· Perform MIG and TIG welding on a variety of metals, including steel, stainless steel, and aluminum
· Accurately measure and assemble metal components using shop tools and equipment
· Inspect and verify work to ensure it meets quality and safety standards
· Collaborate with team members to solve fabrication challenges and improve processes
· Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
What We’re Looking For
· Proven experience in welding and custom fabrication
· Strong understanding of various welding techniques
· Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
· Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
· Physically to lift and move heavy materials and stand for extended periods
· Team-oriented with a strong work ethic and positive attitude
· Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement
Schedule
- Monday–Friday
- 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM (includes paid lunch)
