Welder

A local Florida manufacturing company is seeking dependable and experienced welders specifically MIG and TIG welders to join our production team. This position involves assembling metal components used in industrial platforms, maintenance stands, and custom structural products. Candidates should have manufacturing or assembly experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Applicants should also be comfortable using hand and power tools and reading basic blueprints or assembly drawings.

Schedule: Monday – Friday

Pay Rate: $25.00-$28.00/hour

1st Shift: 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM
2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM

Responsibilities:

• Assemble metal platforms, stands, frames, and structural components
• Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and assembly drawings
• Use hand tools, power tools, drills, grinders, and measuring tools
• Assist with fitting, aligning, and securing metal parts
• Perform quality checks to ensure products meet specifications
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Work closely with assembler team members
• MIG and TIG Welding

Qualifications:

• Must have fabrication experience.
• Must have shop experience with MIG & TIG Welding
• Previous manufacturing or assembly experience preferred
• Experience using hand and power tools
• Basic blueprint reading skills preferred
• Ability to read a tape measure accurately
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Work in harsh conditions, heat, weather, noise and confined spaces.
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
