Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and dependable MIG Welder to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience welding and fabricating metal components, reading blueprints, and working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This position requires attention to detail, a commitment to quality, and the ability to work safely and efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Perform MIG welding on steel and other metals as required
- Measure, cut, fit, and assemble metal components according to specifications
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders
- Align, clamp, and prepare parts for welding and final assembly
- Maintain a safe and organized work area
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Previous MIG welding experience preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to regularly lift up to 50 lbs.
- Capable of bending, kneeling, and working in various positions
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing/shop environment
