We are looking for skilled Welders to join a fast-paced manufacturing team. In this role, you will perform welding on various metal components, ensuring strong, precise, and high-quality welds. This position requires attention to detail, hand-eye coordination, and the ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform welding (MIG/TIG/Stick as applicable) on metal components
- Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, or specifications
- Inspect welds for quality, accuracy, and adherence to standards
- Operate welding equipment safely and maintain tools
- Follow all safety protocols and company procedures
- Assist with fabrication and assembly tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous welding experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environment
- Knowledge of MIG, TIG, or Stick welding preferred
- Ability to read blueprints and work instructions
- Strong hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
- Ability to lift, bend, twist, and stand for extended periods
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
Physical Requirements:
- Frequent lifting and handling of metal components
- Standing for most of the shift
- Bending, twisting, reaching, and holding positions while welding
- Repetitive hand and arm motions
Schedule:
- Monday–Friday, 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM
