Welder

Main Responsibilities

• Perform stick welding, MIG welding, and tacking on assembled metal lift components.
• Work at a stationary welding station for a full 8-hour shift.
• Conduct quality inspections on completed welds to ensure they meet standards.
• Rotate between welding-related duties as needed.

Requirements

• Current AWS D1.1 welding certification.
• At least 1 year of stick welding experience after obtaining D1.1 certification.
• Experience with flux-core welding.
• Ability to work closely with a team in a production environment.
• Comfortable standing for extended periods while performing stationary welding tasks.

Required Attire / PPE

• Steel-toe boots.
• Welding helmet.
• Welding gloves.
• Eye protection worn at all times.
• Full welding safety gear.

Transportation

• Reliable personal transportation is required.
• No public transportation access to the worksite.

Pay: $25-30/hour but willing to review candidates qualified looking for a bit higher.
