If you're an experienced MIG welder looking for the opportunity to earn more while working fewer hours, this could be the job for you. Join a team building quality trailers in a clean, organized welding bay where your production and craftsmanship are rewarded.

Training pay starts at $20-22/hour and once you're up to speed, you'll move to piece rate where top performers can easily earn $1, 200+ per week while working just 30-35 hours. Finish your work, and you may be able to head home early.

What You'll Do

• 
  Weld and assemble trailer components from pre-cut steel using work orders and prints
  
• 
  Perform quality MIG welds in flat, vertical and overhead positions
  
• 
  Read measurements and fit components accurately
  
• 
  Use plasma cutters and acetylene torches to modify parts as needed
  
• 
  Clean welds and remove slag and debris with hand and power tools
  
• 
  Safely move materials using forklifts and overhead cranes
  
• 
  Maintain a clean and organized work area
  

What We're Looking For

• 
  Previous MIG welding experience required
  
• 
  Welding certification is not required
  
• 
  Formal welding training may substitute for experience
  
• 
  Ability to read blueprints and work instructions
  
• 
  Ability to use hand torches and measuring tools accurately
  
• 
  Ability to lift 50 pounds regularly
  
• 
  Comfortable working on your feet and climbing on and around trailers
  
• 
  Self-motivated and able to work independently
  
• 
  Ability to work in hot and cold conditions
  

Pay & Benefits
