Pay Rate: $23.55 per hour

Schedule: 5:00 AM - 2:30 PM | Monday - Thursday

What Gets You Hired:

• Real MIG or TIG welding experience (preferably with steel, aluminum, or other metals).
• Know your way around shop drawings and specs.
• Can keep welds clean, tight, and consistent.
• Fit to move, lift, and stay on your feet.
• Dependable and safe, day in and day out.

A Shift in Action

• Weld strong joints that keep production moving.
• Work from blueprints and follow exact instructions.
• Grind, inspect, and clean welds when needed.
