Hours
1st Shift 5:30 am to 3:30 pm, Monday-Thursday
Mandatory overtime on Fridays as needed
Pay
$19.00 per hour
Key Responsibilities
Perform MIG, TIG, and stick welding on various metals including steel, stainless steel, and aluminum
Read and interpret detailed drawings and weld symbols
Weld in all directions, creating fixtures and fit-ups as needed
Ensure high-quality welds meet safety and industry standards
Finish welded products with proper metal finishing techniques
Follow work instructions and safety protocols consistently
Minimum Requirements
Proficiency in all welding types, including MIG and TIG
Ability to weld various metals such as aluminum, steel, and stainless steel
Skilled in reading and interpreting detailed drawings and weld symbols
Capable of making fixtures, fit-ups, and welding in all directions
Ability to pass certification tests as per job specifications
Competent in metal finishing and working with various work instructions
Nice to Have Skills
Experience creating and utilizing weld fixtures to improve efficiency
Additional certifications in welding or metal fabrication
Knowledge of advanced welding techniques or specialized equipment
Preferred Education and Experience
High School Diploma or GED equivalent
1-2 years of welding experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environment
Other Requirements
Ability to work on-site during the 1st shift (5:30 am - 3:30 pm, Monday-Thursday) with mandatory overtime on Fridays
