Welder
Our Cedar Falls, Iowa manufacturing client is looking to hire a welder for their first shift operations. This is a first shift position and pay is commensurate with experience. Subject to a drug screening and background check.
Key Qualifications & Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience in welding in a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to read blueprints.
- Proficient in measuring and calculating fractions, decimals.
- Must be able to utilize various measurement tools including but not limited to square, angle square, calipers, tape measure.

Responsibilities:
- Welder for large and small weldments.
- Must be able to layout parts and fabricate as needed, read prints.
- Must be able to pass a weld test.
- Must be able to produce all parts as per blueprint requirements in a timely manner to meet production schedule.
- Must be able to keep work area clean and organized.
