 Production Welder / Fabricator (1st Shift)

HGI Manufacturing is partnered with a long-standing industrial manufacturer to hire a Production Welder / Fabricator for their growing operation.

This role blends hands-on welding with mechanical assembly and fabrication in a clean, organized production environment. You’ll work on custom industrial equipment and components built to tight quality standards.

Must-Haves

• Prior experience in MIG welding and/or mechanical assembly
• Ability to read basic prints, work instructions, and follow procedures
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing/production environment
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to quality
• Willingness to learn and be trained into more advanced welding and fabrication work
