What You'll Do

Perform MIG welding on doors, sills, handles, tanks, and stainless componentsComplete tack welding, grinding, and finishing workRotate across Cell 5 welding positions (welding, tacking, stud, and bung welding)Read and interpret blueprints and part lists for accurate fabricationUse a tape measure to ensure precise measurementsOperate shop tools safely and efficientlyFollow all PPE and safety requirementsMeet production goals and attendance expectations

What You Bring

Minimum 6 months MIG welding experience or trade school trainingAbility to read blueprints and perform basic measurementsStrong attention to detail and focus on qualityDependability and consistent attendanceProblem-solving and troubleshooting abilitiesAbility to work independently and as part of a team

Physical Requirements

Ability to stand for full shiftsLift up to 50 lbs regularlyUse hands, arms, and vision (close, distance, depth perception) to complete tasks
