Key Responsibilities

Perform TIG welding (GTAW) on stainless steelRead and execute work instructions from blueprints and shop ordersComplete basic grinding, deburring, and polishingInspect materials and finished parts for quality standardsOperate equipment such as forklifts and shop toolsMaintain a clean, organized, and safe workspaceFollow all safety procedures and PPE requirements

Qualifications

3+ years TIG welding experience (stainless steel preferred)Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools (tape measure, calipers)Experience with fabrication and finishing stainless steelStrong attention to detail and qualityForklift experience preferredAbility to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Skills:

Electrical wiring, mechanical assembly, or plumbing experienceExperience with overhead cranes and shop equipment

Physical Requirements

Ability to lift up to 50 lbsStand, walk, bend, kneel, and reach for extended periodsPerform repetitive tasks in a manufacturing environment
