Schedule: Day Shift | Monday–Thursday | 7:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. (Overtime on Fridays as needed)

About the Opportunity
Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Welders for a manufacturing/fabrication company in Detroit Lakes, MN. In this role, you’ll perform MIG welding to produce high-quality metal components while working with a collaborative fabrication team. If you enjoy hands-on work, reading blueprints, and taking pride in craftsmanship, this job could be a great fit. Read below for more information!
What You’ll Do as a Welder:- Perform MIG welding on fabricated metal components
- Read and interpret blueprints and shop drawings
- Inspect welds to ensure quality meets specifications and standards
- Prepare materials and complete finishing work as needed
- Collaborate with the fabrication team to complete projects accurately and on schedule
What You Need to Bring to the Welder Role:- Previous MIG welding experience required
- TIG welding experience preferred or willingness to learn
- Ability to read and follow blueprints and specifications
- Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Dependable with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
