What You'll Do as a Welder:- Weld carbon steel and other materials using MIG, TIG, and/or Stick welding processes
- Fabricate and assemble tanks, vessels, and components according to blueprints and work instructions
- Operate welding equipment, grinders, torches, and fabrication tools safely
- Inspect completed welds for quality, accuracy, and specification compliance
- Perform layout, cutting, fitting, and tacking of materials
- Follow safety procedures, company policies, and quality standards
- Maintain a clean, organized work area and collaborate with team members to meet production goals
What You Need to Bring to the Welder Role:- Previous welding experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, fabrication drawings, and weld symbols
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Ability to stand, bend, stoop, and lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Comfortable working in an industrial environment with exposure to heat, noise, and welding fumes
- Ability to work at heights of 10-15 feet when required
- Dependable attendance and ability to work scheduled shifts
- Preferred Qualifications: • Experience welding tanks, pressure vessels, or heavy industrial equipment
