What You'll Do as a Welder:

• Weld carbon steel and other materials using MIG, TIG, and/or Stick welding processes
• Fabricate and assemble tanks, vessels, and components per blueprints, drawings, and work instructions
• Operate welding equipment, grinders, torches, and other fabrication tools safely
• Inspect welds for accuracy, quality, and compliance with specifications
• Perform basic layout, cutting, fitting, and tacking of materials
• Follow safety standards, company procedures, and quality requirements
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Work collaboratively with supervisors, engineers, and team members to meet production schedules

What You Need to Bring to the Welder Role:

• Must have previous welding experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and fabrication drawings
• Knowledge of welding symbols and measurements
• Ability to use hand and power tools
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Dependable attendance and ability to work scheduled shifts
• Must be comfortable working at heights of 10-15 feet
