A reputable manufacturing company is seeking a Welder to join its team. This is a hands-on role ideal for individuals who take pride in precision work, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and have experience with welding, machinery, or metal fabrication. The successful candidate will be responsible for assembling, installing, and preparing high-quality building components while meeting strict quality standards.
1st Shift : $28/hr- Must have both MIG and TIG Experience
2nf Shift : Up to $32/hr - Must have TIG Experience
Assemble, install, and machine building components according to specifications.
Perform welding tasks on 14- and 16-gauge materials.
Use grinders, air power tools, and other hand tools to prepare and finish materials.
Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
Measure, cut, and fit parts using appropriate tools and techniques.
Cross-train in multiple production areas, including grinding and setup.
Ensure all work meets quality and safety standards.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in welding, operating machinery, or a related field.
Background in installation, metal fabrication, or commercial construction is a plus.
Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools accurately.
Proficient with grinders, welding equipment, and air power tools.
Strong attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship.
Must be comfortable in a physically demanding environment:
Standing for extended periods.
Lifting and moving materials regularly.
