A well-established and growing manufacturer in the Appleton area is seeking a skilled Welder/Fabricator to join their team. This is a hands-on role focused on custom fabrication work, where attention to detail and quality craftsmanship are key.

This opportunity is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work and enjoys building custom products rather than performing repetitive production welding.

What You’ll Do

• Perform MIG welding and fabrication on a variety of metal components and assemblies
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and work instructions
• Cut, fit, and assemble materials to precise specifications
• Operate fabrication equipment (saws, grinders, drills, etc.)
• Inspect finished welds to ensure quality, strength, and durability
• Collaborate with internal teams on custom builds and projects
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of welding/fabrication experience (MIG preferred)
• Ability to read and work from blueprints and measurements
• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
• Experience in custom fabrication or equipment manufacturing is a plus
• Ability to work both independently and within a team
• Reliable with a strong work ethic
