Responsibilities:

• Perform welding on various materials including steel.
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to execute fabrication tasks accurately.
• Assemble and fit components according to specifications to ensure structural integrity.
• Conduct quality inspections on finished products to ensure adherence to industry standards.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment by following safety protocols and regulations.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and improve efficiency.
• Utilize hand tools and welding equipment effectively to complete projects on time.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in welding preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of welding experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficient in welding techniques with a strong attention to detail.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings and blueprints.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to work.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
