Welder Fabricator

We're seeking a skilled and safety-conscious welder to join our growing team. This role is critical to the success of our automation and integration projects, requiring precision, reliability, and a commitment to quality. The ideal candidate will support both in-house fabrication and on-site installations, contributing to the seamless execution of custom automation solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform MIG and TIG welding on steel, aluminum, and stainless components

  • * Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and welding symbols

  *

  • * Fabricate and assemble structural and mechanical parts to spec

  *

  • * Conduct quality checks and ensure compliance with safety standards

  *

  • * Collaborate with engineering and field teams to support project timelines

  *

  • * Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean, organized work area

  *

  • * Travel to client sites as needed for installation and support

  Qualifications

  Required:

  *

  • * 3+ years of welding/fabrication experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting.

  *

  • * Proficiency in MIG welding; TIG welding experience preferred.

  *

  • * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and fabrication prints.

  *

  • * Strong knowledge of metal fabrication techniques and measurement tools.

  *

  • * Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.

  *

  • * Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

  *

  • * Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards.

  Preferred:

  *

  • * Experience in custom machinery or automation equipment.

  *

  • * Familiarity with cutting saw, CNC plasma cutting, Water jet or press brake operation.

  • * Certification in welding (AWS or equivalent).

  *

  • * Forklift and overhead crane experience.
