Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Welder/Fabricator to join a manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have strong welding and fabrication skills, be able to read blueprints, and work independently while maintaining high safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Weld and fabricate components for heavy equipment.
• Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, welding symbols, and work orders.
• Perform measuring, layout, cutting, fitting, grinding, and finishing.
• Use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Maintain quality, safety, and housekeeping standards.
• Work independently and collaborate with production teams.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of welding experience and 2–3 years of fabrication experience.
• Experience with MIG and TIG welding.
• Experience welding carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel, and aluminum.
• Ability to read and understand engineering drawings and welding specifications.
• Experience with metal cutting and gouging.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
