A local manufacturing and fabrication company inOdessa, FL is looking for a dependable Welder/Fabricator to join their team. We are seeking someone with hands-on welding experience who takes pride in producing clean, quality work.

Location: Odessa, FL
Pay: $18.00/hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:30 PM
Job Type: Full-Time

What You'll Do

• Perform welding and fabrication of metal components and structures
• Set up and safely operate welding equipment and tools
• Measure, cut, fit, and assemble metal components
• Inspect finished work to ensure quality and accuracy
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of verifiable hands-on welding experience
• Experience with MIG welding preferred
• Comfortable using measuring tools such as a tape measure
• Experience with metal fabrication or structural welding is a plus
• TIG, stainless steel, or aluminum welding experience is a plus
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
• Ability to work Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:30 PM
