Welder/Fabricator

Location: Tulsa, OK
Pay: $25–$27 per hour
Schedule: Day Shift, Monday–Friday, Overtime as Needed
Job Type: Full-Time

Welder/Fabricator - Must-Have Requirements

  • Previous experience with both MIG and TIG welding on aluminum
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
  • Knowledge of aluminum welding techniques and proper heat control
  • Ability to produce clean, consistent welds that meet quality standards
  • Experience using welding equipment, hand tools, and measuring instruments
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety

Welder/Fabricator - Position Summary

Seeking an experienced Welder/Fabricator to fabricate and weld aluminum components and assemblies for a climbing and access equipment manufacturer. This position requires hands-on aluminum MIG and TIG welding experience, the ability to follow blueprints and specifications, and a strong focus on weld quality, fit, and finish.

Welder/Fabricator - Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Perform MIG and TIG welding on aluminum components and assemblies
  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and welding specifications
  • Measure, cut, fit, position, and align aluminum materials before welding
  • Prepare aluminum surfaces and materials for welding
  • Fabricate components and assemblies to meet required dimensions and specifications
  • Inspect completed welds for defects, consistency, and proper penetration
  • Adjust welding settings based on material thickness and job requirements
  • Use hand tools and measuring equipment to verify dimensions and fit
  • Maintain welding equipment and keep the work area clean and organized
  • Follow established safety procedures and quality standards
  • Work with the production team to meet manufacturing goals
  • Work overtime as needed to meet production demands

Welder/Fabricator - Additional Qualifications

  • Experience fabricating aluminum frames, tubing, or structural components preferred
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical manufacturing work
  • Willingness to work overtime as production requires
