Welder/Fabricator

Position Overview:
Pay: $23-26.00DOE
Schedule: Monday - Friday 6am-2:30pm ( possible overtime)

We are seeking an experienced Fabricator / Structural Welder to join a steel structural welding company in Woodland, WA. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of recent, relevant experience in structural steel fabrication and welding.

Job Duties:
-Fabricate and weld structural steel components according to specifications and blueprints.
-Perform MIG, flux-core, or other applicable welding processes.
-Measure, cut, fit, and assemble steel materials.
-Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and welding specifications.
-Ensure welds and fabricated components meet quality and safety standards.
-Use hand and power tools, welding equipment, and fabrication machinery.
-Perform quality checks on completed work.
-Maintain a clean and safe work area.
-Requirements
-3+ years of relevant Fabricator/Welder experience required.
-Strong structural steel welding experience preferred.
-Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
-Experience with measuring, fitting, cutting, and assembling steel.
-Must have reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
-Must be able to pass a pre-employment screening, if required.
