About the Opportunity
Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Welder workers in Fargo, ND & Moorhead, MN. We are seeking skilled MIG Welders to join our team working across a variety of projects, from high-quality fitness equipment manufacturing to agricultural and industrial fabrication. These roles offer the opportunity to work in both a modern, fast-paced production environment and a more relaxed, custom fabrication setting.
What You’ll Do as a Welder:- Perform MIG welding based on blueprints, diagrams, and work orders
- Prepare, assemble, tack, and finish welded components
- Operate and maintain welding equipment safely and accurately
- Inspect materials and report defects or equipment issues
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Complete production schedules and required quality documentation
What You Need to Bring to the Welder Role:- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous welding experience or training preferred
- Ability to read blueprints and follow technical instructions
- Strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Robotic welding experience is a plus
