Description:
The Welder performs skilled welding and metal fabrication work in support of maintenance, repair, and capital projects throughout Holy Cross Health's campus and FSED facilities. This role supports structural repairs, equipment fabrication, and piping system work in compliance with hospital safety standards, NFPA fire codes, and Joint Commission Environment of Care requirements.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education: High school diploma or GED required; completion of welding program or apprenticeship preferred
Experience: 3+ years welding experience in commercial, industrial, or healthcare facilities
Licenses/Certifications: AWS Certified Welder (SMAW/MIG/TIG) preferred; OSHA 10 required
Technology/Tools: MIG, TIG, Stick welders; plasma cutter; grinder; Brightly Worxhub CMMS
