Schedule: MonFri, 6:00 AM 2:35 PM Hire Up Staffing is seeking an experienced Welder for a long-term opportunity with a well-established manufacturing company in Fresno. This role is hands-on, working with a variety of welding techniques in a production environment.Key Responsibilities- Perform MIG and/or Stick welding on metal components.
- Read and interpret work orders, blueprints, and basic technical drawings.
- Measure, cut, and prepare materials for welding.
- Use grinders, saws, and finishing tools to clean and smooth welds.
- Inspect completed work to ensure weld quality and structural soundness.
- Maintain equipment and keep a clean, safe work environment.
- Follow all safety standards and company procedures.
Qualifications- Prior welding experience required (certification not necessary).
- Ability to read blueprints or basic mechanical drawings.
- Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for long periods.
- Strong attention to detail and reliable work ethic.
- Experience with TIG welding is a plus, but not required.
