Pay: $19.00+/hour DOE
Shifts Available:
1st Shift: 6: 00 AM 2: 30 PM
2nd Shift: 2: 30 PM 12: 00 AM
Overtime Available
1st Shift OT: Start at 5: 00 AM
2nd Shift OT: Work until 1: 00 AM

What You'll Do
Perform welding on galvanized and raw steel according to print specifications
Operate welding and flame-cutting equipment
Set proper voltage, current, heat, gas and feed settings for welding applications
Prepare materials and equipment for welding operations
Set up machines, fixtures and jigs for production
Perform first-piece inspections using quality control tools
Move materials using carts, hoists and other handling equipment
Complete production records and labor reporting accurately
Maintain a clean, organized and safe work area
What We're Looking For
Welding experience preferred
Ability to read and follow blueprints and print specifications
Knowledge of welding equipment and setup procedures
Strong attention to quality and detail
Commitment to workplace safety
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Willingness to assist in training and supporting fellow team members
