PrideStaff is seeking skilled Stainless Steel TIG Welders to join a premier client team in Grand Prairie, TX, focusing on manufacturing specialized food-grade equipment. What You Will Do:
Perform specialized TIG welding on thin-gauge (18-gauge) stainless steel parts for food-grade equipment.
Fit, assemble, and precisely weld stainless steel components.
Follow blueprints and assembly drawings to ensure all parts meet required specifications.
Clean and repair welds as necessary to meet company and customer quality standards.
Collaborate with other production staff and welders to achieve daily production goals.
Maintain a clean and safe work area, strictly adhering to all safety rules.
What You Need:
2-3 years of verifiable stainless steel TIG welding experience, or formal welding certification/training.
Proven ability to TIG weld thin-gauge (18-gauge) stainless steel.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints or assembly drawings.
Ability to use standard measuring tools, including a tape measure and square.
Reliability, excellent attention to detail, and a commitment to working safely and as part of a team.
High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs without assistance.
The pay rate for this role is $22.00 - $24.00 per hour (based on experience and non-negotiable).
