Position Summary:
Nesco Resource is seeking experienced Welders to join a production team in construction. In this position you will be welding and fabricating metal components used in concrete products in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform Mig, stick and flux core welding on structural steel materials
• Read and Interpret Blueprints, weld, symbols and Production Drawings
• Fabricate and assemble metal parts according to specification
• Operate hand tools, grinders, torches and welding equipment
• Inspect welds to ensure structural integrity and quality standards
• Assist with layout, fitting and positioning of materials

• Previous Welding Experience required
• Experience in manufacturing, construction or precast environment
• Ability to read tape measurements and blueprints
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs in a non-climate-controlled environment
• Welding certifications a plus

Payrate:
$22.00/hr

Work Schedule:
Monday – Friday ( depending on production needs)
