**Qualifications:**
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in aerospace welding.
- Proficient computer skills (minimum 5 years), particularly in Microsoft Excel, and strong mathematical ability.
- At least 1 year of exposure to basic welding and metallurgy.
- Ability to read, interpret, and act upon work instructions.
- Commitment to maintaining a clean and orderly workplace.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills a must.
