As a Welder with us, you'll work on fabricating and welding high-quality steel and aluminum components, interpreting detailed blueprints, and ensuring each finished piece meets strict quality standards. Required Skills:
Minimum 2+ years of MIG welding experience with steel and/or aluminum
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
Proficient in using measuring devices and fabrication tools
Strong attention to detail for quality checks
High School Diploma or GED
Nice to Have Skills:
Experience working in manufacturing or heavy equipment fabrications
Knowledge of advanced welding techniques or certifications
Preferred Education and Experience:
High School diploma or GED preferred
At least 2 years of dedicated welding experience
Other Requirements:
Ability to work from 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday, with overtime as needed on Saturdays
