About this Role

Flare Construction, a Quanta Services company, has been building the West''s civil and energy infrastructure since 1976. We''re looking for a Welder Helper to join our Gas Division crew and get hands-on experience supporting skilled welders on active pipeline and facility construction projects. This position will be in the St. George, Utah area.

What You''ll Do

What You''ll Do

• Assist welders in setting up equipment and preparing materials for welding
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe
• Help monitor inventory and materials
• Operate power and hand tools as directed
• Assist with equipment inspections and basic maintenance
• Transport tools and materials to and from job sites
• Follow all safety protocols and Flare safety standards

What You''ll Bring

What You''ll Need

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Basic knowledge of welding tools and equipment
• Ability to lift and carry up to 80 lbs. and push/pull loads up to 50 lbs.
• Comfort working outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Willingness to learn and follow direction from experienced welders
