What You Will Bring

Essential:

  • 2+ years of hands-on welding experience in a production or fabrication environment

  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and welding symbols
  • Strong understanding of welding safety standards and metallurgy basics
  • Experience with metal fabrication processes and press operations preferred
  • Ability to work the 3rd shift schedule consistently and reliably

Desired:

  • Welding certification (AWS or equivalent)

  • Familiarity with quality control tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.)
  • Experience in automotive, aerospace, or industrial manufacturing
  • Knowledge of lean manufacturing or continuous improvement principles
