Welder

Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated Entry-Level Aluminum Welder to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with basic aluminum welding skills who is eager to learn and grow. Welding tasks are completed using fixtures, samples, and direct instructions.

Responsibilities:

• Perform basic aluminum welding using MIG
• Follow verbal instructions, work orders, and physical samples
• Set up welding equipment with guidance from supervisors
• Inspect welds for basic quality and make adjustments as needed
• Assist with grinding, finishing, and cleaning welded parts
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies

Qualifications:

• Basic experience or training in aluminum welding (school, shop, or on-the-job)
• Willingness to learn and take direction
• Basic understanding of welding safety practices
• Ability to use hand tools and welding equipment
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift materials as needed

Preferred (Not Required):

• MIG aluminum welding experience
• Welding certification or trade school coursework
• Manufacturing or fabrication shop experience
