Pay Range: $53,300.00 to $68,300.00

Job Summary

The Welder will be doing fabrication, assembly, and repair of metal structures and equipment. This role supports daily by preparing materials, maintaining tools, and ensuring a safe and efficient work environment.

Job Responsibilities

High school diploma or GED preferred

  • Basic knowledge of welding or metal fabrication is a plus
  • Ability to use hand and power tools safely
  • Physical ability to lift heavy materials (typically 50+ lbs), stand for long periods, and work in various environments
  • Willingness to learn welding techniques and safety practices
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

Job Requirements

Familiarity with MIG, TIG, or stick welding processes

  • Experience in a manufacturing, construction, or industrial setting
  • Basic blueprint reading skills
  • Forklift certification (a plus, not required)

Essential Job Function

Shop or outdoor job sites depending on project

  • Exposure to heat, noise, dust, and fumes
  • Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) required at all times
