Description:
1-3 years Experience in previous role. Joins surfaces, or otherwise fabricates or repairs metal structures or materials by applying various welding processes such as tig, mig, and spot welding. Possesses specialized knowledge of welding technology and metallurgy. Requires a previous apprenticeship or equivalent training, experience and/or prior certification.
Perform all operations according to safety site standards including required personal protective equipment
Perform welding on aluminum castings, aluminum extrusions, stainless steel, cold roll steel as well as brass components for lighting fixtures
Perform Quality checks
Able to read and interpret drawings
Able to use jig fixtures, calibers, and gauges
