Job Title: Direct Hire Welder
Location: Indianapolis, IN
Pay: Up to $28/hour (based on experience)
Job Type: Full-Time
About the Opportunity
Exegistics has partnered with a client in the Indianapolis market to identify experienced Welders for a direct hire opportunity. This is a hands-on role supporting manufacturing operations in a fast-paced production environment.

If you have experience with MIG and TIG welding and are looking for a stable, long-term opportunity, we want to connect with you.
What You’ll Be Doing
  • Perform MIG, TIG, and other welding based on project requirements
  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and diagrams
  • Set up parts using fixtures and proper tooling
  • Grind, debur, and clean weldments to ensure quality finish
  • Use hand and power tools such as grinders, drills, and presses
  • Perform quality checks to ensure standards are met
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
What We’re Looking For
  • Minimum 3 years of welding experience (MIG/TIG required)
  • Experience working with stainless steel, aluminum, and carbon steel
  • Ability to read blueprints and schematics
  • Strong attention to detail and quality
  • Knowledge of safety standards in a manufacturing environment
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Welding certifications are a plus
Work Environment
  • Fast-paced production setting
  • Standing for extended periods
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Manufacturing environment with moderate to high noise
