ResponsibilitiesWelding & Fabrication
- Perform MIG and TIG welding on stainless steel, aluminum, carbon steel, and other alloys
- Fabricate, assemble, and modify metal components according to specifications
- Set up and operate welding equipment, fixtures, and related machinery
- Grind, deburr, and finish welded products to meet quality standards
- Assist with repairs, rework, and modifications as needed
Blueprint Reading & Assembly
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, work instructions, and engineering drawings
- Verify dimensions and specifications using measuring tools
- Assemble products and components according to production requirements
Quality & Production Support
- Conduct quality inspections throughout the fabrication process
- Ensure finished products meet company and customer specifications
- Identify defects and recommend corrective actions
- Troubleshoot production issues and support continuous improvement initiatives
Safety & Housekeeping
- Follow all safety procedures and quality standards
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Properly use welding PPE and safety equipment
- Contribute to a positive team-oriented culture
QualificationsRequired
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum 3 years of MIG and TIG welding experience
- Experience welding stainless steel, aluminum, and carbon steel
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings
- Experience using hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Authorized to work in the United States
Preferred
- AWS, SMAW, GMAW, or GTAW certifications
- Experience in ISO 9001 or AS9100 manufacturing environments
- Knowledge of ASME, AWS, and API standards
- Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
