Position Overview
We are seeking skilled and dependable Welders to join a growing manufacturing team in Joplin, MO. This role is responsible for fabricating and assembling metal components using a variety of welding techniques while maintaining high standards for quality, safety, and productivity.

The ideal Welder has experience in a manufacturing environment, strong attention to detail, and the ability to produce quality welds while working efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
Required Experience & Skills
High School Diploma or GED preferred
1+ years of welding experience in a manufacturing environment preferred (entry-level candidates may be considered)
Knowledge of MIG, TIG, and/or Stick welding processes
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders
Ability to read measuring tools accurately
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
Willingness to work overtime and varying shifts as needed
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic REQUIRED
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Perform MIG, TIG, and/or Stick welding on a variety of metal components
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and production work orders
Set up welding equipment and select appropriate materials and tooling
Inspect completed welds to ensure structural integrity and quality standards are met
Operate grinders, cutting tools, and fabrication equipment safely and efficiently
Maintain welding equipment and perform routine maintenance as needed
Follow all company safety procedures, OSHA standards, and production requirements
Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment
Collaborate with supervisors and team members to meet production goals and deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
AWS or equivalent welding certifications
Experience with metal fabrication and finishing processes
Familiarity with industrial manufacturing operations
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and perform physical work throughout the shift
Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to heat and noise
Required use of PPE at all times while on the production floor
Work Environment
