We are seeking a Welder for industrial construction sites and fabrication shops in Michigan, with additional locations.
Responsibilities include practicing safety, following instructions, using tools safely, and performing quality work per project specs.
Functional duties involve measuring, staking, grading, assisting with concrete, erecting shoring, and supporting equipment operation.
The role may include leading labor crews, exercising independent judgment, and using small power tools.
Qualifications require some construction/labor experience, physical ability to lift 50 lbs, pass drug/alcohol tests, and adhere to safety protocols.
Physical demands include climbing, working at heights, in confined spaces, and extended standing.
Work environment features outdoor, often challenging conditions such as extreme temperatures, noise, and potential chemical exposure.
