    Job Description:
     
    We're looking for a skilled and reliable welder to join our growing team! If you take pride in quality work and have a strong work ethic, we want to hear from you.
     
    Responsibilities:
    • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and measurements
    • Perform MIG, TIG, and/or Stick welding (depending on project needs)
    • Inspect welds for accuracy and quality
    • Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean work environment
    Requirements:
    • 2+ years welding experience (industrial, fabrication, or structural)
    • Proficiency in welding techniques and equipment
    • ability to read technical drawings
    • Strong attention to detail
    • Welding certification preferred but not required
