Shift: Monday-Friday, regular day shift hours
Duration: 2-3 months
Pay range: $25.00- $27.27/hr.
Onsite Job
Interviews will include a weld test so workers will need to bring their welding helmet, welding gloves, etc along with wearing steel toed boots to the interviews which will be onsite. 

What You’ll Do
•MIG weld basic steel joints
•Be able to teach MIG weld basic to others
•Basic cart assembly
•Maintain productivity and quality through self-inspections.
•Uphold company ethics and safety standards.
What You Bring
•Ability to read and write in English.
•Proficiency with tape measures and basic tools.
•2+ years of welding experience (preferred).
•Strong understanding of safety protocols.
Work Environment & Physical Requirements
•Moderate noise level in a manufacturing setting.
•Regular communication, hand use, and occasional lifting (up to 50 lbs).
•Ability to stand, walk, climb, kneel, and focus visually.
