We are seeking an experienced Welder to join our team in Palmetto, FL. The role involves performing welding tasks, inspecting welds, maintaining equipment, and ensuring safety and quality standards. Initially, training is on 1st shift, transitioning to 2nd shift (3:00pm-11:00pm). The starting pay is $25/hr plus shift differential, with a $3,000 sign-on bonus and potential incentive pay.
Requirements include 5+ years of semi-automatic and manual welding on aluminum and stainless steel, ability to read blueprints, and knowledge of AWS symbols. Experience with pressure vessel manufacturing, pipe welding, and NDE is preferred. Candidates must be U.S. Persons due to export laws.
