Welder

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled MIG Welder to join our team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This position is responsible for welding metal components according to specifications, ensuring high-quality production, and maintaining safety standards.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Perform MIG welding on steel, aluminum, or other metals
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders
• Set up welding equipment and adjust settings based on material type and thickness
• Inspect finished welds to ensure quality, strength, and accuracy
• Grind, clean, and finish welded parts as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety guidelines and procedures
• Work with team members to meet production goals

Requirements:

• Previous MIG welding experience required
• Ability to read blueprints and measuring tools (tape measure, calipers)
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Welding certification is a plus (not required)
