Duties/Responsibilities
  • Perform MIG and arc welding, along with cutting and grinding, in a safe manner
  • Repair, modify, and fit metal parts to meet production specifications
  • Read blueprints and production orders to complete jobs accurately
  • Measure, position, and clamp components prior to welding
  • Maintain materials, equipment readiness, and clear communication with supervisors
  • Follow safety protocols, assist as needed, and maintain clean work areas
  • Perform any and all safety related duties as required by management

Skills/Qualifications
  • Experienced with MIG welding processes
  • Indoor and outdoor work year round
  • Ability to pass a preemployment screening
  • High School diploma or equivalent
 
Shift: 1st (6:30 am to 3 pm Monday-Thursday and 6:30 am to 12:30 pm Friday, OT as needed)
Pat Rate: $18 an hour
Contract to hire
