A Welder is responsible for joining metal parts using various welding techniques and ensuring the structural integrity and quality of the welds. This role requires precision, adherence to safety standards, and the ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings effectively.
Responsibilities
Perform welding tasks using MIG, Arc, and other welding techniques
Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to understand welding specifications
Inspect and test welded surfaces and structure to ensure quality and safety
Maintain welding equipment and adhere to safety protocols
Collaborate with team members to complete fabrication projects on time
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Preferred Qualifications
Entry-level experience in welding
High school diploma or equivalent
