Employment Solutions is hiring for a growing fencing company in Manchester, CT seeking a reliable MIG Welder. This role involves welding steel fencing components in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards.

Job Title: Welder (MIG) – Steel Fencing
Location: Manchester, CT
Pay Rate: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour
Schedule: 1st Shift | Full-Time + Overtime as Needed
Employment Type: Temporary

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform MIG welding on steel fencing components
• Read and interpret basic blueprints or work orders
• Measure, cut, and assemble materials as needed
• Inspect finished welds to ensure quality and durability
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
• Assist with general shop duties as needed

Qualifications:

• Previous MIG welding experience required
• Experience working with steel materials preferred
• Ability to read a tape measure and basic drawings
• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
