The Welder <\/span>is responsible for <\/span>producing high-quality welds on structural steel components and assemblies used in pre-engineered metal building (PEMB), structural steel, and mission-critical infrastructure projects. This position performs welding and fabrication activities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment <\/span>utilizing <\/span>advanced equipment, robotics, and automated production systems.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/p>
The Welder works closely with fitters, operators, quality personnel, supervisors, and engineering teams to ensure structural steel components meet AWS standards, project specifications, quality requirements, and production schedules. This role plays a critical part in supporting safe operations, minimizing rework, and maintaining <\/span><\/span>Allied's<\/span> <\/span>commitment to manufacturing excellence.<\/span><\/span><\/span>

Requirements<\/h3>Qualifications:<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span><\/span>

<\/p><\/li><\/ul>Minimum 3 years of welding experience in structural steel fabrication, heavy manufacturing, industrial construction, or related environments.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>Experience welding structural steel components used in commercial, industrial, or infrastructure projects preferred.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li>Experience working in production-driven manufacturing environments <\/span>is preferred.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>Experience working alongside automated or robotic welding systems is a plus.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

<\/p><\/li><\/ul><\/div>Ability to produce consistent, high-quality welds while meeting production requirements.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/p><\/li><\/ul><\/div>Knowledge of welding equipment setup, adjustment, and troubleshooting.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
