Mequon company looking for Welders

Key duties and responsibilities may include:

• Able to lift 50lbs with full range of motion.

• Perform MIG, TIG, and Handheld Laser welding operations on metal components.

• Interpret blueprints, welding symbols, and work orders accurately.

• Ensure high-quality welds and consistent workmanship.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.

• Assistwith setup, calibration, and maintenance of welding equipment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of welding experience, forklift is a plus

• Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Commitment to safety and quality standards.

• Hard working, dependable and punctal

Job Specifications:

• Pay Range: $27-28/hour

• Shift(s): 1st shift

• Hours:5am-3:30pm

  4-day work week
